Nursing Assistant

The NA/R is responsible for assisting the residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) through daily nursing care as described in each resident's plan of care.
The NA/R carries out simple treatment procedures, reports to and follows the instructions of the charge nurse. The NA/R works closely with the activities department, volunteers, housekeeping and all other ancillary departments. NA/R's frequently have contact with the resident's family, members.

  • RN Change Nurse

    The RN position provides each resident with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the resident's assessment, choices and care plan. The RN monitors T.M.A's, C.N.A's, and residents for his/her 8 hour shift. The RN works closely with the RN Nurse Manager to manage the day to day functions. The RN is required to have a current license to practice in the state of Minnesota and current CPR certification.
    Experience in gerontological nursing is preferred. Must possess excellent clinical skills and understanding of the nursing process.
    Must be able communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

  • TMA

    The Trained Medication Assistant will provide patient/resident care as required and perform medication administration and various treatments under the direction of the licensed nurse. The TMA, MUST be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant Registry. The TMA completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/ resident care. Communications and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position.

  • LPN Charge Nurse

    The LPN position provides each resident with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the resident’s assessment, choices and care plan. The LPN monitors T.M.A’s, C.N.A’s, and residents for his/her 8 hour shift. The LPN works closely with the RN Nurse Manager to manage the day to day functions. The LPN is required to have a current license to practice in the state of Minnesota and current CPR certification.

  • MDS Coordinator

    Brief Description: The primary purpose of this job position is to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment (MDS) including the completion of the CAAs, in accordance with the state and federal requirements and the policies and goals of this facility.

  • FT; Typical hours are 8:00A-4:30P
  • 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
  • Every 5th weekend/ holiday
