Caring for residents since 1963, The Glenwood Village Care Center is an all-inclusive 64 bed skilled nursing facility, providing both long and short-term care to residents 24 hours a day. We are a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility, offering a range of services designed to keep residents independent and active as possible. The center offers double and single rooms that are cheery and comfortable. Our staff strives to make each resident's stay as relaxing and home-like as possible.

Services​​

  • Chaplaincy / Spiritual Services - Onsite chapel with Chaplain, Sunday services, one on one's, end of life support

  • Barber / Beauty Shop - Onsite services for men and women

  • 24/7 Nursing Care - Care around the clock

  • Rehabilitation Therapy – Physical, occupational, and speech therapies to help residents regain mobility, strength, or communication skills.

  • Medication Management – Administering and monitoring medications to ensure proper dosage and adherence to prescriptions.

  • Wound Care – Specialized care for chronic wounds, surgical recovery, and pressure ulcers.

  • Personal Care Assistance – Help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.

  • Pain Management – Monitoring and adjusting treatments to relieve chronic or acute pain.

  • Nutritional Services – Providing balanced meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs, including assistance with feeding if needed.

  • Social and Recreational Activities – Programs to keep residents engaged, including games, group activities, and social outings.

  • Palliative and Hospice Care – Comfort-focused care for residents with life-limiting illnesses or nearing end-of-life.

  • IV Therapy – Administering intravenous medications and fluids when needed.

  • Respiratory Therapy – Services for residents with lung diseases, including oxygen therapy, or nebulizer treatments.

  • Behavioral Health Services – Support for residents with mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, or behavioral challenges.

  • Transportation Services – Arranging transportation for medical appointments or outings.
